Saw this on Hacker News today. It seems like an interesting measuring stick that could be applied to CF OSS projects.
From the page "The Census project is an experimental tool to help parse through the known data about popular open source projects to help identify the ones that should be tested to see if they need some help."
Their specific rules are not really appropriate for CF projects but could be tweaked to work with CF stuff.
