Hey Folks,
I've recently joined a customer advisory panel of ACP/UGM's that are taking part in an customer support improvement program going on at Adobe. As such, I have high(er) level access directly to some support directors and I'm taking the opportunity to represent the ColdFusion community in regards to the support (or lack thereof) provided for ColdFusion by Adobe.
In an effort to ensure that all our voices are heard by Adobe I've put together a quick survey form that can be used to gather responses from the CFML community in regards to their experiences, available here:
