On a slightly different note, The layout of the brochure pages is very nice, however, I could not spot any provisions for the following

1. Our balance-sheet (...not sure whether it will fit in a half page slot)

2. A page (or half page) listing all the names of CBC Patrons and Organisers (i.e., the SPWG) and acknowledgements for any other organisations for supporting us (e.g. LSU, MPs etc.)

If required, I can check for local printers but quite sure of high price as required quantity is very less...

Some key points from our discussion on CBC Brochure !

1) 16 (4 + 12) pages - full colour = £ 290, 20 (4 + 16) pages - full colour = £ 350. Recommended to target 16 pages.
2) Sarada di to get articles / introduction / best wishes from Vidhi Mohan, Local MP, Ramakrishna Math president.
3) Cover page design to be finalised
4) Reverse planning --> event on 16th Feb, Print order on 01st Feb, PTP layout work start 21st Feb, Articles collected and first level of editing completed by 18th Feb
5) Tanmay da to draft a formal email for collecting articles for max. 500 words / start writing an introduction email.
6) Can we get a volunteer to take the bottomline for Brochure work - Tanmay da, may i propose your name to manage this as both as an Editor / Coordinator ? We can all pitch in later.
