Dear Sarada,
Gavin would love to attend this event.
Please let me know what sort of thing you would like him to write for your Souvenir and when you would like it by.
Gavin is also more than happy to speak at your event, if that’s appropriate, to explain how important it is for community groups like yourself to be active in the community and the benefit it brings to Croydon.
Do get in touch.
Best Wishes,
Mario

Dear Gavin,
My journalist friend from India is coming to visit us for 3 weeks. He is a renowned journalist of present time in Calcutta. We also want to visit the parliament along with him.
I understand that we need local MP's permission. Please can you kindly arrange for this?
Let me know if we need to do anything for this.
Thanks and best regards

I am pleased to send my warmest greetings for this year’s Saraswati Puja celebrations by Croydon Bengali Connection (CBC) at Old palace of John Whitgift Junior School, Croydon.
Saraswati is the Goddess of learning and music according to the Hindu mythology. Celebrated at the advent of the spring in academic institutions and homes across Bengal . Goddess Saraswati is worshipped by all and particularly by students praying for their academic success.
CBC is celebrating this evening with worship and a colourful cultural programme, food and festivities using local talent groomed within the community. As a local MP it is my pleasure to be part of this auspicious occasion.
It is also an appropriate time for us to acknowledge the significant contributions that organisation like CBC makes in enriching Croydon socially and culturally.
I convey my best wishes to you all for a successful and enjoyable Saraswati Puja, 2013 and all such future endeavours. I am sure this festival will enrich cultural and ethnic diversity of Croydon and be an important event of Croydon’s cultural calendar in years to come.
