CAUTION: Review of games with faculty

Dear All,

 

It has been clearly told that it's a mandate for all the games which were designed has to be reviewed and presented only after the confirmation from the respective faculty. In spite of it, it has been found out that few of us have violated it.

 

Therefore, we compel all the forum and games committee to get all the rounds, case study, and documents of all the games to be reviewed and get the acceptance of the respective faculty before end of day tomorrow (09 March, 2012).

 

If any forum /games has not done before the said time are subject to severe action and may lead to dismissal of the game from ASTHRA’12.

 

Please reply to this mail with immediate effect with the status of the faculty’s approval.

    Our faculty in charge, Mr. Abhijath, will be coming later again. But we have some clarity on Operations games now. We can be ready for a first dry run tomorrow if it is required. But we need some more time for documentation of evaluation guidelines etc.

Dear Pranesh,

With regards to Yukthi, the same has been reviewed by Devi Madam, Sunanada Madam, Sandhya Madam on the 07th March, 2012 in the conference room. The HR forum president has personally spoken to Devi Madam regarding the same. Regarding the "iterations", it will take us this weekend. 

With regards to Devavrata- Best Manager Event, Meera has personally reviewed the same with Sandhya Madam on the same date, in the same room. 

Is there anything else that we need to do?
