Dear Presidents & Vice Presidents of Forums & committees & all others,
Sorry about the previous mail, it was a technical error. Above I have attached the following documents.
1. Compering Members details for each event with venue mentioned.
2. Events Chart for participants.
3. Judges list as given by each Forum or person in-charge
4. Live streaming events online on day 1 & 2
5. Volunteers List who are assigned to help each department.
Apart from this the Operations & Finance Forum conducted their Drive run under the supervision of Devi S Ma'am & core committee members.
The Inauguration & Valediction function Drive Run is scheduled for tomorrow, 16th March 2012.
All the people who will be part of this are requested to assemble in CR1 in ASB at 10.45am without fail.
The following members must be present:
Goldy,Shakun,Neema, Aswathy SR, Aswathy Menon, Suja, Sharika, Harsha, Aparna B & any other person who i may have missed to mention but was assigned duty on stage on 17th or 18th or both the days.
I request all the forum Presidents & Vice presidents to purchase the material requirements needed for their event & on producing the bill the core committee will replace the money.
All the Forum heads are requested to make the score sheet parameters on the bases of what all they would like their respective judges to evaluate the performance of the participants.
Also, if any Forum event, Business Quiz & best Manager wants any photocopies (quiz materials,case study, judges score sheet list) to be taken by the Games committee for them, please mail me or give it to be personally before 9am tomorrow latest.
If there are any mistakes or clarifications in the attached documents or anything with respect to the GAMES EVENTS please contact me.
