Dear Presidents n Vice Presidents,

I am attaching the final timing & hall allotted to each event after getting the approval of Sandhya Ma'am, Amrita event management team & Harikrishnan.

Please check the attachment & be sure about your venue & timing & check in prior if all the arrangements are being availed.

Also, i have been telling all of you to prepare all the materials that you need for the event (Question papers & case studies) to be verified by your respective faculty & handed over to be for scrutiny by core committee. But no forum has given it to me so far.

Please do that latest by tomorrow. Please give me a copy with you faculty's sign that they have verified the document, Ma'am has asked for it.

And all the documents which we have to provide you the copy too. I request you to give me all this latest by tomorrow 9am (including b-quiz & best manager) .
