Latency Test for All Agents - Requirement for moving to new CC Platform

Hi guys,

I NEED THIS TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER YOUR SHIFT TONIGHT!

I want you to submit a LATENCY TEST individually. Results must be
saved in Notepad.like this.

File Name: Operator Number, First Name, Last Name, Team
Example:
File Name: 694 Christine Caniedo Team Aquamarine

You must submit your test result as soon as you have it.

The tests to be done must look like the attached.
To avoid any confusion, here are the layman's instruction:

1. On your PC, go to: Start > Type CMD (Do this 3 times to pull up 3
command windows)
2. Enter the following information for EACH window:
a. ping 216.20.231.211 –t then Hit Enter
b. ping 216.20.242.1 –t then Hit Enter
c. ping 216.20.240.1 –t then Hit Enter

When your shift is over, press CTRL C to stop the test.
To save the results: on EACH window, do the following:
Select All > Copy or CTRL C > Open a Notepad and Paste the result >
Save using the correct File Name Format
In reference to the above IP addresses, (a) is Test 1, (b) is Test 2,
and (c) is Test 3.
So you should have 3 Notepads with the following file name:
694 Christine Caniedo Team Aquamarine Test 1
694 Christine Caniedo Team Aquamarine Test 2
694 Christine Caniedo Team Aquamarine Test 3
