Dear all,

The first issue of the ICST Transactions on e-Education and e-Learning
is now available electronically at the European Union Digital Library
(EUDL): http://eudl.eu/journal/eeel. Since ICST Transactions on e-
Education and e-Learning is an Open Access journal, anyone can access
the articles FREE OF CHARGE.

This issue consists of the 5 papers:
