Hello all,
On this thread ..more about survey in phulenagar (13 February, sunday)
Some points from the meeting:-
1. We are doing survey in 2 slots (9.30am -12.30am & 2pm -5pm) ...... (this is decided till now)
2. We will team of 3 member ( One is local from phulenagar, One is experienced GRA member (who previously visited the slum) & One is new comer).
3. We will make around 20 teams & cover 300 houses there. So we need 40 members (atleast). ********** (Around 60-70 people must be on the list, so that atleast 40 must come).
4. The questionnaire is ready. I am sharing this with you. Suggestions are welcome.
5. We will approach them in very informal way. We must not look like government officals who came for survey. So we will not write the data in front of them. We will fill data outside once we finish conversation with them. (we can write some short notes in a pocket diary or page).
6. All members who will come for survey will meet on Saturday (12 February, 9 pm, SAC) so that every one should know that how we will ask question or other issues.
