Friends of mine organize this amazing weekend of workshops spanning many
types of creativity. They are seeking teachers and volunteers.

This is a great way to meet creative people and learn new skills.

Join us at Workshop Weekend: June 30 & July 1 in downtown
Oakland.

Workshop Weekend, the weekend-long extravaganza of 1-3 hour
hands-on workshops, returns June 30 and July 1. We�re still
finalizing our workshop schedule, but it�s shaping up to be
an amazing weekend. Save the date!

In addition to our original Tech Liminal location, our next
event will include workshops at the new Museum of Art &
Digital Entertainment (http://themade.org) and at Comrade
(http://comradeagency.com) in Old Oakland -- all within 10
minutes� walk.

We�ve got a number of new and exciting workshops lined up,
and we�re also planning a Saturday evening show & tell...
We�ll have more on these additions soon!

Get Involved! Teach a workshop.

Calling all passionate makers, crafters, performers,
scholars: we�re still taking teacher registrations this
week! We�re looking for anyone passionate about electronics,
knitting, programming, sewing, dancing, or singing to run a
workshop or two. If you haven�t taught before, we�ll work
with you to craft a workshop that�s both engaging and
informative.

If you�re interested in teaching, or if you know anyone who
might make a great workshop instructor, tell us! Or, submit
an application to teach directly on our website at

open through Friday, June 1.

Volunteer with us (and get free admission)!

If you�re interested in getting involved by volunteering,
let us know. We�re looking for folks to help us on the day
of the event. If you help out for four hours, we�ll give you
free admission! We're also looking for folks to help us plan
the event and recruit teachers and attendees. Let us know of
your interest by replying to this email.
