My friend runs The East Bay Mini Maker Faire, and they need volunteers
to teach visitors how to solder.

If you have soldered once you are good enough. This is a super simple
project consisting of 1 LED and a battery holder. It's a pin that
blinks, and it's been a popular project at Maker Faire for years.

You will considered a hero by everyone you teach, and your soldering
skills will improve dramatically.

The East Bay Mini Maker Faire is a fair celebrating the ability to Do It
Yourself, the maker spirit. Expect to see lots of projects done by
everyday people, not just those with access to insane workshops.
Steampunk, Arduino, electromechanics, fire, art, flying things, high
voltage, electronic music, robots, and bicycles are just some of what
you'll find. I expect a fair number of hands-on demonstrations and
projects as well.

Interested? Contact volu...@ebmakerfaire.com and tell them you want
to volunteer to teach people how to solder the MAKE blinking LED robot pin.
