Position: Security  Engineer

Location:  Phoenix,AZ

Duration: 12+months

 

Only Local.

No OPT.

 

 

Technical Skills Needed:

Description of Duties (primary & secondary)                 

Manage and Support ACA and Agency Firewalls                

Evaluate, manage support Security tools  such as Nessus, Nexpose, McAfee, Cisco   etc.                 

Provide 2nd and 3rd tier support to Information Risk Management in addressing and resolving security alerts, monitoring and maintaining, to ensure security risk are mitigated.

 

Operating Systems/Environment

All Windows OS, Linux OS                    

DES has over 15,000 devices that are Windows.

 

Programming Languages/Development Tools (Not required but is a plus.)

Powershell Script, Scripts                     

 

Frameworks/SDLs/Methodologies

CISSP, CEH

 

QA/Testing - Approaches, Applications

Change Management Process, Understand how Change Management works.

 

Misc. Applications

Cisco ASA Firewalls, Nexpose\Nessus, SIEM                        

Main objective will be supporting Agency Firewalls.
