MOM Meeting 5/10 (Teach Zari)

Agenda: Discussion on some changes and day allocations.
Member Present: Teach English: Abhishek K A, Aastha, Vishakha,
Srinivas, Ankit, Surabhi
Teach Maths: Annie, Drishti, Chakshu,
Nichin, Josh
As was already decided the teach english( unnati) and the teach
maths will be combined. What kind of procedure to follow inorder to
have better results and quality teaching was discussed in the meeting.
It was decided that to maintain continuity of the concepts taught we
will be having the teach zari (temporary name ) in the following way.
Mon, Tue - Teach Maths
Wed, Thurs - Teach English
Different members in the batches of 4-6 will be going for a class
during the week. Maths people will go for maths classes and unnati ppl
will go for english. The first day the concept will be taught and in
the consecutive class on the second day some fun activities to make
the understanding of the concept better will be taken up. This will
also maintain the interest level of the students.
The distribution of the days is as follows (excluding the juniors)
Mon - Drishti, Nichin
Tue - Chakshu, Josh
Wed - Vishakha, Srinivas
Thurs - Aastha, Ankit, Mohit
2-4 juniors will be going with them everyday. Also Abhishek, Annie,
Surabhi, Pranita and Srinivas Lahiri will be going to the classes
whenever possible.
Every discussion wil now take place in a single google group. Please
keep the group buzzing with acticity. :)
Weekly group meetings will take place on every friday at 9.30 pm in
the c wing balcony.
