It is our pleasure to invite you for Bandung International Tea Convention (BITC) to be held at Grand Royal Panghegar hotel, Bandung, Indonesia, on 3 - 4 November 2014. Please jot down your agenda to participate in the Convention.
The BITC is to precede the 21st Session of FAO Intergovernmental Group (IGG) on Tea meeting which is to be held subsequently on 5 -7 November 2014 in the same location, the Ministry of Agriculture of Indonesia is organizing the IGG meeting in tandem with the Secretariat of the IGG/FAO.
We would encourage you to fly direct to Bandung either from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, or Denpasar - Bali, as there are several airlines serving those routes. For those who for one reason or another have to go via Jakarta, kindly advise flight details and will arrange transportation to get to Bandung which is a good three hours drive or longer depended on the traffic condition.
For your information, there are eight flights a day for 1.5 flying hours from Bandung to Denpasar - Bali. While in the vicinity, for those would like to visit Bali after attending the BITC or the IGG meeting, we can help organize the trips if required.
