Penawaran Training di KAMC India tahun 2017-2018

Disampaikan dalam lampiran update info tentang penawaran training di KAMC India untuk tahun 2017-2018 dari Prof. AVK Iyengar - Direktur Kothary Agricultural Management Center (KAMC) India. Untuk dimaklumi bahwa total semua biaya untuk setiap peserta training ini disediakan dari beasiswa Colombo Plan seperti tertera dalam e-mail ybs. di bawah ini.
Pada perioda training tahun 2017-2018, bahwa untuk Indonesia disediakan 30 orang peserta dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu sebanyak 25 orang.
Demikian disampaikan, semoga bermanfaat untuk pengembangan kemampuan SDM di perusahaan/lembaga yang Bapak/ibu pimpin.

(1) Warm Seasonal greetings and Best Wishes from the Kothari Agricultural Management Centre (KAMC), Coonoor, The Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, India. The Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi is approving the following SIX training courses, to be conducted by the KAMC, under the Technical Co-operation Scheme of the Colombo Plan, during the Financial year 2017-2018:

(4) | ADVANCED CERTIFICATE COURSE IN TEA TASTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE | THREE MONTHS | September, 1, 2017 to November, 30,2017 |
(5) | AGRICULTURAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT | TWO MONTHS | December, 1, 2017 To January, 31, 2018 |
(6) | ADVANCED CERTIFICATE COURSE IN COMPUTER APPLICATIONS FOR PLANTATIONS | THREE MONTHS | December, 1, 2017 To February, 28, 2018

(2) I am happy to inform yourgoodself that the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, has allotted more number of Colombo Plan Scholarships to your Country, namely INDONESIA, for the Financial year 2017-2018 so that your country may nominate more number of participants to the above said training courses. Infact, in the year 2016-2017, Indonesia nominated 25 participants to various training courses conducted by the KAMC. This year you may nominate 30 participants. The Maximum age limit of the nominated participant is 45 years.
(3) The SIX training courses, mentioned above, which is being approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, is relevant for Managers working in Tea Plantations, Scientists working in Research Institute of Tea and Cinchona, Indonesian Tea Board, etc.
(4) Your Tea Association, Tea Board, Tea Plantation and RITC may nominate Managers/Scientists, to the above-said each of the SIX training courses depending on their training needs. The nominations have to be sent through proper channel of your Government so as to reach the Embassy of India, Jakarta, atleast one month before the starting of each of the training courses.
(5) I am happy to inform yourgoodself that the Government of India is paying various allowances to the participants as shown below:
(i) | The Living Allowance is Indian Rupees 25,000 (INR Twenty Five Thousand) per month per candidate, in each training course;

(ii) | The Book Allowance is Indian Rupees 5,000 (INR Five Thousand) per candidate in each training course; |
(iii) | The Embassy of India, Jakarta, will provide Air Tickets, free of cost, to the sponsored candidates from Jakarta to Coimbatore (India), and from Coimbatore to Jakarta;

(iv) | Accommodation in a good star hotel will be provided by the KAMC, free of cost, to the participants for the entire duration of the training course;
|
(v) | Pick up from the Coimbatore Airport to the KAMC on arrival and droping from the KAMC to the Coimbatore Airport at the Conclusion of the training course will be provided, free of cost, to the participants by the KAMC; and
|
(vi) | For the training courses in (i) Basic Course in Tea Plantation Management, (ii) Advanced Certificate Programme in Tea Plantation Management, and (iii) Advanced Certificate Course in Tea Tasting and Quality Assurance, the Field visits to the Tea Estates and Tea Manufacturing Factories at the High elevation, Mid elevation and Low elevation levels, Two days seminar at Tea Research Foundation at Valparai, Coimbatore District and Visit to the Tea Machinery Manufacturing Factory at Coimbatore, and Electronic Tea Auction Centres at TEA SERVE, Coonoor and Cochin etc. will be provided by the KAMC, free of cost, to the participants.

(vii) | Officers participating in the (i) Two Months Agricultural Project Management course and (ii) Two Months Budgeting Course will go on Field visits, free of cost, to (i) University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, (ii) Organic Farm at Mysore, (iii) Krishi Vigyan Kendras at Coimbatore and Pondicherry,(iv) Veterinary University at Pondicherry and (v) Various Research Stations of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.

(viii) | Officers participating in the Three Months Advanced Certificate Course in Computer Applications for Plantation will be taken on field visits, free of cost, to Information Technology Hub at Bangalore and other places of Interest. Also, the participants from Rubber Plantation, Coffee Plantation, Tea Plantation, Spices, Coconut etc will be imparted Domain Knowledge in their particular avocation for one month including visits to the respective Research Units, Commodity Board etc.

(6) I am sending herewith, as an attachment, the individual course details to yourgoodself by Pdf format and also Word format so that the concerned Managers/Scientists working in Tea Plantations, Tea Board, RITC etc can download and forward the same ONLINE, through proper channel of your Government so that the Completed Application forms of the nominated officers reach the Embassy of India, Jakarta, latest one month prior to the commencement of each of the above- mentioned training courses.
(7) The last date for receiving the Completed Application by the Embassy of India in Jakarta, from your Ministry through proper channel of your Government, ONLINE, for (i) Basic Tea Plantation Management and (ii) Budget and Budgetary Control in Agricultural Sector Management is June, 1, 2017 and (iii) Two Months Advanced Certificate Programme in Tea Plantation Management, and (iv) Three Months Advanced Certificate Course in Tea Tasting and Quality Assurance is July, 15, 2017 and for (v) Two Months Course in Agricultural Project Management and (vi) Three Months Advanced Certificate Course in Computer Applications for Plantations is October, 16, 2017.
