In US, only Congress is vested in making laws, which includes immigration laws.  While Congress is sworn to uphold the US Constitution.  When Congress fails to do its job as elected officials, the last remedy is a presidential executive order, as a temporary fix.
 
Canada was never US territory.  Canada only allows US citizens work for Canadian companies, without forfeiting US citizenship.  When giving birth as non Canadian, births are registered in their country of origin's Consulate.
 
Ted Cruz was born and registered at birth as a Canadian citizen.  His birth father at time of birth, was a naturalized Canadian citizen, born in Cuba.  Was never a US citizen.  As a married Cuban citizen, Ted's father was in Houston, Texas, on a student visa and had met Ted's mother in Houston, who was married to US citizen.  The two left for Canada to work as Canadian oil company's employees.  Other than Ted's father being naturalized as Canadian citizen, there are no divorce or annulment records.  When Ted Cruz released his Canadian bath certificate, his birth father was listed as Canadian citizen.  His birth mother was listed as US citizen and under married surname, which was not Cruz.  Ted's parents returned to US, when Ted started grade school __ while having more children in US.  Ted's father was US nationionalized a decade later, after having decided to be an evangelist in Houston.  Ted's birth parents are separated, while his mother lives under her married name, which is not Cruz.  Ted's mother was born in Delaware to Cuban dissident immigrants, who may not have been US nationalized at time of birth.  Delaware has only Eleanor's marriage and birth record.
 
While married to US born Heidi and marriage had produced US born children, Ted had decided to denounce his Canadian citizenship, but was never completed nor are there any records of Ted being US nationalized nor green card nor have served in any US military branch.  When questioned, Ted has only waved his birth mother's Delaware birth certificate, as proof being a natural born US citizen.  If Ted is familiar with US Constitution, as his father has claimed, Ted knows he cannot serve as US Senator nor as presidential candidate.
 
According to US federal law, no foreign born can be elected to serve in Congress.  Only as US born and as dual citizen, reserved for State of Israel only.

The lady simply cannot accept the FACT that US immigration law is
quite different from most European laws.  Cruz is legal in his office
and as a Presidential candidate.  He was born in Canada but is a natural born
US Citizen by virtue of the second part of the same law that dame
absolutely refuses to read .. or just cannot understand.  Holy cow.


The first part says, any ... ANY ... child born on US soil, regardless
of parents .. is a natural born US Citizen.  In the second part, born elsewhere,
the parents and their legal status matter a whole bunch.  It's digital .. matter
if born off shore ..... don't matter if born here.  US is not Europe.

Millionaire felon Rick Perry served as Texas governor and as presidential candidate __ while fleecing Texas' tax payers.
 
Canadian citizen Ted Cruz, cannot legally serve as US Senator nor be a US presidential candidate.  Not according to federal law, he can.

According to US law, when incarcerated __ one forfeits voting rights.  Once an incarcerated had paid dues to society and has completed mandatory probation, voting rights are restored.  However __ rarely are the poor ex felons told as how to re-enter society, while most of the incarcerated poor, have committed misdemeanors under the 3 strike rule.
