New TEAgether activities -- Yoga practice!

Hello TEAgethers!

We are not only raising tea masters, but also yogis and yoginis...
Okay, not exactly ;-) but some of us decided to add yoga stretch to
our group activities. Anyway, tea and yoga go well together, right?
Right? Right?

If you would like to join us in serious yoga practice (currently we
focus on Ashtanga Yoga), or simply want to have a nice (and safe)
stretch, improve flexibility, fat burning (I'm serious), cooling down
you brain.... you are welcome. We usally practice on Thursdays evening
around 5 to 8 pm, but we haven't set up final schedule. So, let me
know and we can plan a time suitable for most of us. As for the
location, we recently discovered Ackerman Tech Center (the old
Ackerman Library site). There are plenty of spacious rooms.

Gears you need:

- a yoga mat (sometimes called a sticky mat)
- comfortable but fit dress (you will stretch you legs and you will
sweat)
- bare feet (yes! but come to the site with shoses on...)
