New manuscripts on knowledge representation for taxonomy

Dear TDWG-RDF members:

   This is peripheral at best (and apologies for repeated or cross-posting), but here are a couple of new manuscripts regarding ontology-based representation and integration of biological taxonomy. The "Euler" approach (second reference) uses reasoning in first-order logic and answer set programming (though not DL/OWL where some semantics for Euler are challenging to represent), neither of which are RDF naturally (e.g. see this stack: http://www.w3.org/DesignIssues/diagrams/sw-stack-2005.png), but this taxonomy reasoning challenge is arguably part of of the greater picture to go from strings to trust in biodiversity informatics.
