So because the account is an international one we had to have their beneficiary registered in the forex department;s system in the ship and then have a forex requisition form sent through by our faculty accountant confirming and authorizing the amount to be sent through to the account from our cost centre. I sat and had the beneficiary registered - I shall receive confirmation tomorrow. I have signed the necessary forms with the toonbank ladies and they will take it to the faculty accountant and have the form sent through. So essentially I am just waiting for 2 confirmations and the proof of payment which should all come through tomorrow.
