We would like to remind you that the deadline for the payment of the deposit (50% of the registration fee) for Thessaloniki WUDC 2016 is April 29.
Given the fact that the deadline for payment extension applications has expired, you must deposit the amount you were invoiced for your allocated teams, adjudicators and observers by April 29 in order to secure your spots. If you fail to do so, you will lose your allocated spots and your institution will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list.
In case you needed an extension but you could not apply for it before the deadline for reasons beyond your control please contact us at wu...@debating.gr as soon as possible.

Please make sure that you include in the 'reference' section of the bank transfer, the name of your institution University of Pretoria, as well as your registration reference number I36JBSHBC4BR0DR8. You also have to send us a scanned (or screenshot) copy of your bank transfer via email by the April 29 deadline. Please make sure you send us this information on time, since it is absolutely crucial for the verification of your payment.

If you have already paid the first deposit and you are receiving this email, please send us a scanned (or screenshot) copy of your bank transfer at wu...@debating.gr so that we can verify your transaction with our bank.
Please note that the final payment, for the remaining 50% of the registration fee, needs to be paid by July 3 and any additional charges (ex. single or double room surcharge) by September. We would also like to kindly inform you that all bank charges / differences in exchange rates must be covered by your side, to ensure that the amount received in the Thessaloniki 2016 bank account is the full amount you were invoiced for.
