Hi Guys

Hope everyone is having a nice day. Just a few issues to bring to everyone’s attention.

1) The budget is attached. This is just a first draft and I’ll still “pretty it up” and add anything that needs to be added. I did however have problems regarding the allocation of funds towards tournaments as can be seen in the budget where there are items marked other. Which tournaments does the union wish to fund members expenditure for? Thus are we going to allocate money to nationals or worlds etc.? If you guys can maybe discuss this then I’ll update the budget accordingly.

2) I won’t be able to make the meeting on the 11 of March as I’ll attending an evening class (Not Aand Klas, before you guys start making jokes). On the 18^th I’ll also be unable to attend as I will be in Cape Town for a Deloitte event. However if anyone needs to you can reach me by cell phone or e-mail.
