Marketing Week is taking place from 3 - 6 March and 10 - 13 March. We have been given the following days: Wednesday the 12th and Thursday the 13th of March.

We need to source a table; gazebo; table cloth; promotional material; membership forms.

We should be able to get tables from Roosmaryn.

Ans are we ale to use the same gazebo we used last year? And do you have the promotional material we used photos etc - or should we print some more?

Does anyone have a tablecloth we can use?

Jo can you start setting up another time schedule. Everyone please ensure you send your available times to Jo. I would like the Exec to do at least 2 hours  

Do we think it is necessary to change/modify our existing posters? I would like those to begin going up around campus next week.

Hi All

I might be able to bring a gazebo too. It's a lot smaller than Ans's but it should work and it's less effort to set up. Which would you prefer?

Hi All

So we need to get this up and running. 

What will the times be? I want to start badgering people. I.e. from what time to what time? 

Also, what level of bribery do we want to engage in? Do we give people sweets once they sign a reg form (attached, Prenil) or do we add a sweetie to little flyers? Or neither?

Hi Chris,

Sorry I don't have internet at the flat. The only other promotional material we used in previous years were photos. I don't still have those on me, but I literally just printed our best group photos from tournaments and had to update them each year anyway. I'll have a look and see if I have old ones at home, perhaps there are some we could use but I definitely don't have all of them

Hi All 

The following needs to be done: 

1) a list of what we should say each time - Chris
2) tables and chairs need to be fetched from Roosmaryn - the first people to get there in the morning and the last people need to take them back
3) Gazebo needs to be set up in much the same way as the tables - I will arrange for it to be there. 
4) Table cloth - Ans? 
5) sweets - Jo 
6) photos - Chris and Ans
7) Boards - Chris (Megan?)
8) receipt book -Chris

Also, remember how at the first meeting I described my role as "being Chris's bitch"? Well I literally scribed this email while he BuzzFeeded. Just saying.

In terms of posters. Can each person print and put up 5 or so posters in the following places by the end of tomorrow. Print in colour; sort out costs with Lungelo.

Al makes a good point that I forgot about :/ Don't we need stickers? Or shall we just put them up and worst case scenario is that they get taken down?

I thought you all received Lungelo's message. He said he would try get some. Don't worry about stickers though we only need them up for a limited time anyway. p;ease make sure they are up tomorrow morning.
