Hi All

So we have been given free reign with the BP tournament. We can host it whenever we want. Below is the email Sam sent me which explains it a bit more.

According to the proposal you'll need one "fun day" with a show debate and some training, and then a Saturday/Sunday or Friday afternoon/Saturday (I suggest Sat/Sun).
