New Feature : IzPack installer.

Force the spashscreen closing, some JVM doesn't do it automatically...
Added a warning in case of the system tray not being available
Added an IzPack installation project, which generates the Teardrop
installer automatically with maven.
Removed the terminal opening for the installer's unix shortcut
Changed the file copy in maven to a maven based plugin, not an ant
command.
Updated some maven plugins versions, and cleaned up a bit.
Added the single-cookie-header mode to be more compatible with some
servers.
