You can't add days to your life. But you can add life to your days.
Hmm ... edited them in vector format. If no one has a problem with the
form, only the colors remain to be decided.
The letters are now properly aligned, all the gradients too, match in
luminosity. If this logo is `standard', I guess everything in it
should be too.
The cables look a bit dark, IMHO. Any other changes desired?
Changes in this version:
1) The outer gradients of the monitors are a bit lighter ... I want to
give them a Macish feel ;)
2) The colour of the border of the picture screen now matches the hue
3) The cable is lighter, and the horizontal cable extends from the
left edge of the leftest monitor to the right edge of the rightmost
monitor. It is also a *bit* thinner.
.:[ http://www.pascalnet.tk ]:.
colors are a bit dark. I guess this is due to using black or a very dark shade in the gradiants... Brighter colours would make it more lively.

You can't add days to your life. But you can add life to your days..:[ http://www.pascalnet.tk ]:.
There are still some issues ...
1) What colours to use? Does anyone have his favourite colour?
2) The 3D logo looks empty ... in the sense, there is a lot of gap
between the nodes ...
3) The sizes of the nodes are not really in proportion to their
distance from the origin ... does anyone have issues with that?
3) Should "The Distributed DataBase" be written in the logo?
Export to .svg format from Dia. The edit in Inkscape. (http://www.inkscape.org/)

You can't add days to your life. But you can add life to your days.
It was due to the scaling ... thinner == lighter to our eyes.
Hopefully, this one isn't an eyesore ;)
The PC's are also better placed, I hope. There was a lot of gap
between 'T' and 'D' earlier.
