Google Code or Code Plex?  I have an add-in for the TST (T-SQL Test Tool) and MbUnit that I want to post up as Open Source, not sure where the best place is.  Also, what do you recommend for licensing?  I just want to protect myself, so the standard FOSS license will do me just fine…

I like some features about each platform and would rank them both evenly.  but I would use the following as the deciding point.  If you have a large trunk, say greater than 15MBs and you want to use Subversion as your source control client than you should use google code.  The codeplex implementation around the subversion protocol just does not work for large commits. Other than that.. I love the patch management in codeplex  I love the issue tracking in google code.  the wikis on each suck and have bugs so those are a push.    I know it is not a definitive answer but that is the pluses and minuses of each.
