New Version of the TDD plugin.

I just committed a new version of the plugin.  This version no longer uses a majority of the Resharper API to create folders and files.  This has consistently worked better than the previous implementation. 

 

The major change is that the templates for the Classes and Interfaces are no longer resharper live templates.  They are now visual studio item templates.  If you wish to modify them you can edit the files manually.  They are located here: [Drive]:\Program Files\JetBrains\ReSharper\v4.1\Bin\Plugins\TddProductivity\Resources
