New Version works with R# v4.5

I got the plugin working with R#4.5 build 1181.  You can download it from here.

 

The Move type to new file in different project. feature is not working.

I will continue to play around with the broken feature and see if I can get it to work.  There were some changes in the API and I am not getting references to the code editor when I needed.  I will email the list when I make progress.

The previous version of the plugin is still available for R# v4.1
