To: All Active Crewmembers

I have taken the liberty of assigning quarters to everyone listed as active in the computer. Please inform me immediately if there are crew members who do not have assigned quarters. I have also retrieved your belonging from the hibernation rooms and placing them in your quarters. There are a limited number of cabins and some of you have been assigned a bunkroom instead. Please contact me if you will require an office or other resources to conduct your duties during the rest of our journey and I will do my best to accomodate your request.

Quarters and office assignments have been entered into the ship's computer for future reference. A summary is included below for your convenience.
