Ceti Alpha II - Survey Planning

Your team is tasked with providing a plan determining whether or not
it will be safe to land on Ceti Alpha II. Additionally, your team
should plan for a potential surface mission. Given our current
situation, I will authorize the awakening of two additional crew
members now to assist in planning and analysis of current data. Two
additional crew members may be awakened on arrival to support the
actual landing if it determined to be a prudent course of action. In
addition to personnel, you will need to provide a list of supplies and
equipment for the landing team and coordinate with the Chief Steward
or his delegate to arrange for the required items to be removed from
storage.
