Where to begin. Where to even begin. Maybe at the beginning.

0:27 – Wake up from hibernation capsule.

0:30 to 0:45 – Under direction of Ship’s Engineer Carter, pilot Kobold to deal with ice on engines. This task is interrupted when Carter spots where the ice is coming from; a comet that is being blasted by the ship’s lasers. Returning the Kobold to hangar, Carter heads to main control room while I work to unload the Kobold to allow faster maneuvering.

0:55 – Unloading of Kobold interrupted when warned by Dr. Canada about a deranged individual on the ship. Soon afterward, I spot said individual, Gary Larson, and begin to trail him. Upon making contact with Larson, I am able to keep him in sight by pretending to be one of his ‘other pieces of himself.’

1:05 – Working in conjunction with Dr. Canada, we are able to confine Larson to one of the Cargo rooms.

1:50– Under Dr. Canada’s orders, I release a canister of Nitrous Oxide into the Cargo room, with the intention of rendering Larson unconscious. This does not succeed; presumably because Larson put on one of the Vacc Suits in the room.

3:00 – Under the orders of Sgt. Pope, I look at the controls for the hibernation system. However, I determine that to repair the controls requires skill in Electronics, for which I am not qualified. (Personal Note: I am going to have to do something about this deficiency.)

4:25 – Directed to a malfunctioning hibernation pod, I quickly determine why the pod is not releasing its occupant; the pod in question is malfunctioning, making the environment in the room to cold to allow the automatic release to function. I also note that the occupant is awake, and apparently in distress. Quickly ensuring that my suit is sealed, I go into the room to open the pod manually. I am then able to get the occupant outside the room to a waiting medical team.

5:30 – Under the orders of Sgt. Pope, I return to the original Kobold to complete the preparations for a space sortie. With the assistance of Cohen, this is completed in about 30 minutes.

6:00 – Directed to inspect damaged fuel tank. I determine that about half of the fuel tank is salvageable, but that the tank will first have to be secured to the main ship before any repair work can be done.

7:08 – Work on securing the fuel tank is interrupted when I spot a small explosion near the ship. Further inspection reveals Sgt. Pope drifting away from the ship, with her suit integrity breached. I am able to retrieve Sgt. Pope using the claws of the Kobold, and I am then able to bring her into the hangar bay, where Dr. Canada and his assistants take charge.

7:15 to 13:00 – I complete work on securing and salavaging the fuel tank.

Quite a day. And I’m not even sure that it is over.

Addendum:

13:35 - And I was right, it wasn’t over. Turns out that one of the crew members inadvertently released Larson from the cargo room. Making contact with Larson again, I am able to keep him occupied until Lou Donovan arrives to inject Larson with a tranquilizer.
