TDC 2023 Update: Test phase postponed to 10/31

Hello,

To provide more time for the organizers to prepare for the test phase, we are extending the development phase by four additional days. The test phase will now begin on October 31 at midnight AoE. The test phase will end on November 5 at midnight AoE.
