How to compile the SDK sample

I am a newbie to VC# 2010.
I loaded the beta 1.04 version SDK in VC# 2010.
When I compile, iticomplains that
"....\TDAmeritradeSDK.dll' could not be found".
How do I get this dll, or can I compile the dll?

TDAmeritradeSDK.dll is located inside .zip file under Bin folder.
