Short middle - T zone - primarily ready to jump for the short inside pass so that Hone | Frey can push a little more to the sides to shut down the other short passes, but also backs up right behind Hone & Frey if there is a lot of short crossing. Can also assist the rush?
Wings don’t have to come down quite as far and can be ready to defend the mid-range outside pass.
Their ladies run mostly very short cross patterns. Hone and Frey shouldn’t drop too much - especially on the second down.
***If they are forced into a lady play WE MUST DOUBLE TEAM! Pay attention and step up when needed, dudes. Both Emilys will pick a lady to man. Then the wing on whichever side the extra woman is on should step up to cover her. Short middle and other wing then each back up a side. We want two defenders to each woman, quickly! Thinking Hone/Frey/Megan in front of the lady to punch the ball out, and whatever dude is doubling right behind to tag if reception is caught. Should also be trying to block but definitely don't get beat.
