The Association for Software Testing is pleased to announce its third
annual conference (CAST 2008), to be held July 14-16. The meeting will
be held in Toronto, Canada, a city which features enormous diversity
in culture, businesses, educational institutions, and the arts.
Toronto is the perfect location for a conference on this year’s theme:
"Beyond the Boundaries: Interdisciplinary Approaches to Software
Testing".

We are excited to have Jerry Weinberg as our leadoff keynote speaker.
CAST is likely to be Jerry’s only conference appearance outside aside
from events he hosts himself. In addition to the keynote, Jerry will
also be giving a limited-attendance tutorial (registration for that is
first-come, first served and the seats are going fast!). Another
exciting bit of news is that Dorset House will be soon be releasing
Jerry's new book on testing, "Perfect Software and Other Testing
Myths", and the official launch is at the conference.

As with years past, CAST will continue its tradition of ensuring that
at least 1/3 of each session is reserved for facilitated questions and
answers, unlike the un-facilitated 3 minutes you may be used to at
some other conferences. Plenty of space will be available for
networking, break-out sessions, or spend a few minutes getting to know
some of the authors, bloggers, thought-leaders, and personalities who
are active in the software testing industry today.

This is not an event you will want to miss!
