The Environmental Analyst provides technical assistance and leadership to help implement the Water Resources section surface water assessment work. Leads MCES's surface water-related assessment functions and acts as technical and team lead in complex data analysis and modeling projects. Provides water-related information and interpretation and strategic advice/recommendations in support of unit direction and decision-making. Serves as consulting role with other Water Resources section work including groundwater and climate assessment, planning, and policy initiatives, integrating water assessments with regional water planning and policy work.
