Hi all! Curious if anyone else has been tempted to throw their Hydrolab like a javelin and walk the other direction???

Feeling frustrated because all I did was change out to a new cap on the LDO sensor (we have an HL4 sonde, to measure real time lake data during routine water quality sampling), and when I tried to update the lot number associated with it in the Hydrolab software, I only see an outdated list of lot numbers in there, and it WILL NOT update the firmware. I’ve tried everything, every menu, calling IT, etc. I took the whole thing home, installed new copy of software on my personal PC, tried to update over my home network… same problem.

Has anyone else found a workaround to force firmware update on Hydrolab sensors? Otherwise I have to ship this paper weight back for service…. Just thought I’d ask. Hope you can all laugh-cry along with me…! Thanks 😊 #DeepBreaths
