Start of Sessions

1. All NCEA students to gather & be told:
a. What is required of them
b. The procedures, which will be followed.

NB: Everything we do will tie in with their school work.

Times
1. Night of Homework Group meeting
2. Individual sessions after school as needed 1:1 by booking
arrangement with Pat
3. As 2 on Saturday between 10:30 ? 1:30 where needed

Topics
NCEA 1, 2, & 3 requirements based on school programme for each other
students and assignments they are given by their teachers
Extension English work as appropriate
Strong emphasis on:
· Vocabulary work
· Reading comprehension & skills
· Writing skills
· Study
· Time ?management?
· Intensive discussion throughout & Questions & Answer patterning
· Examination of Exam questions
· Developing independent study patterns
· Developing thinking processes
· Problem solving of practicalities
· Confidence building

We do NOT do their work for them. We help them do it themselves.
