Today someone got stuck in north close tower 1 lift. It took 25 minutes (and I am not exaggerating) to get this person out. Unitech did not offer any help. Guards did not know what to do and maintenance could not help either. How do we gear up for such a situation ? Let us plan out.
Regards
Amit Arora

Agree. We need to figure out the priorities and focus on them. Preparation is key before we take the battle out to others. As the saying goes, sweat in preparation, rise in triumph. This is critical as we otherwise seem to get caught up in one or two pet projects or approaches and the things that ought to get done is getting lost.
