Dear Sujata,

 

Respect your views. But I do not see how his hiring for helping us do errand and documentation would require any approvals from Unitech. As per the Bye-Laws (done by Unitech) AOA is authorized to hire a Manager for help and support. Would appreciate him being allowed immediately.

 

You can certainly meet Aviral as this is critical in my absence but this can't wait till the later this month. We (AOA) are within our legal right to hire anyone that we need to help and support us.

 

There was a letter signed in this respect by Ram during the Consultants hiring incident when we had to call the Police. Yashpal should be able to bring you up to spend on that.
