DEMAND NOTE and STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS

Jito has a very valid and 'thought out' point.

1) The Statement of Accounts must be distributed first.

2) The Demand Note must be sent later.

Food for Thought

A) Owners will think as to what happened to the money that we gave earlier?

B) How it was utilised, who was paid, how much and for what purpose?

C) Why the AOA is delaying the publication of the Statement of Accounts.

There are resident and non-resident owners. If they receive the Demand note without the info to A to C, I am positive we will get a very poor response to our collection via DN.

I agree as well. We should distribute the account statement immediately. Audited or unaudited does not matter.

I too fully agree and strongly feel that we have made a HUGE error by not publishing our accounts. We have continued to say that they are being audited and are almost ready. But how long does it take to audit and prepare statement of accounts for 15 – 20 Lakhs? We really need to get cracking on this.
