  • Unitech does want to let go the Maintenance Charges, which will finally lead to takeover of the complete administration.
  • They have a big legal department who have been cornered by our team and our crafty lawyer.
  • So now they have built a Trojan Horse - living in the name of Pradeep Yadav..!!

Now coming to our AOA style of working - the conduction of GBMs/TC etc - I donot like it. Aviral's burst in the TC meeting was hurtful to me. However, I have joined the Army of TCS AOA. As long as my health allows, I will march along & fight.

I wanted to put a satirical 'rejoinder' to Pradeep[Moo main RAM RAM bagal main Chhuri - translated as 'utterances of God from the mouth but carrying a knife in the arm pit]

We need to take an immediate opinion from Pooja so that a 'rejoinder' expressed in common English can broadcast in the Google group.

Sorry uncle but don’t appreciate such mails. We are turning against neighbours, making extremely disparaging remarks and we need to step back. We have to stay unemotional and react on the issues raised rather than the person. Pradeep might be with Unitech or whatever, we might not like him, he maybe instrumental in receiving certain letters, etc but honestly  let’s not stoop to that level. It is becoming too much like “my way or the highway or if you are not with me then you are against me” kind of an approach. If he has raised an issue let’s react to it unequivocally and convincingly and leave it at that.

Believe me, people bashing will not lead to a gain in credibility, however, if we can convincingly address and clarify the issue the gains are significant.

Sorry uncle, but I really believe we need to focus on issues and not people right now. We need to be driven by logic not emotions. And such mails do not help. Hope you take this mail in the spirit with which it has been written.

Warm regards,

Jito

Dear Jito,

I never get emotional. You would have seen my behavior in the meetings.

Mine was a literal way of expression and the focal point is not forgotten.

The last sentence will prove that. Please read it again.

PS: There is a generation gap. Pradeep is a recent friend of mine(talked to him during the 6 day seminar(The Journey of Self Discovery) in the TCS club. I am slowly coming to realize, I don't belong to the committee as I have always been misunderstood.
Now that is an emotional expression…!!!
