The Elevate children Funders (ECF) Group is calling proposals for the Post 2015 Development Agenda on violence against children. The goal of the project is to secure and to support advocacy and communications efforts which seek to ensure the Violence against Children (VaC) related targets. The goal also includes securing the strongest possible language relating to VaC.

Elevate Children Funders Group was founded in 2011. It is a consortium of funders dedicated to building strong families and a life free from violence for all children. The group works to support the development and use of evidence to learn about what works to prevent violence and family separation.

The maximum available fund under Post 2015 Advocacy project is $325,000. Potential grantee organizations may apply for grants ranging from $5,000 to $100,000. The Development Agenda program is scheduled form 25-27 September 2015 and it will be held in New York.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Interested Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Inter-Governmental Organisations are eligible to apply.
  • The fund will support nimble, timely and relevant activities which can best contribute to the fund’s purpose.

How to Apply

Interested applicants are requested to include following details in the proposal: Grantee information, purpose and timeline of funding, relation to broader framework, partner agencies, and budget. Applicant has to submit proposal by deadline.
