Alright , while mentioning the points abot TCPT. I have been over there
for almost like a month. The light board which we have been thinking
about, i have already had a word with one shop.. after that i felt , if
at all we can have a board which has pepsi, or thumbsup signs on it.
people would have some idea that it is some food joint, hope u might
have come across many such boards near hotels. the best part is if we
take these kind of boards.. its a win-win situation, as he would not or
will only minimum charge would be there.. we need to catch 1
distributor first.
The serial bulbs.. exactly opposite to our hotel, there is one
apartments, jus below that the serial bulb shop is there, had a word
with him already.. plz remind him of the same.
Need to take care of the exhaust fan issue soon , as the neighbours can create prob again.. had one already :)
About the bill, when i was there, i bought many bill books, and kept a
carbon copy. and made sure everyone writes the bill for all the
customers, but again after my busy schedule, Pintoji somehow again
dropped the idea, if we can continue that , it would b good.
The basic idea, as very much evident, we are not making much profit in
this, so lets try to make sure that expenses are not more.. we can
atleast slowly reduce the expenses, so that alteast we can survive , and
gradually increase the business with wat all materials we have.. and
not spend on the rest( paintings, bill machine, etc..) .. Hope it makes
some sense..
Please keep up the good work of atleast follow up through mails..

I tried to find series light near the area but couldnt find one, as i did
not have any vehicle, All vehicles were busy for Wedding.
