My name is Tao Xu. I am writing to you today to humbly ask for your guidance regarding some challenges I have faced while using your esteemed tool.
I understand that you are extremely busy, and I sincerely apologize for taking up your precious time. Several days ago, I submitted some data for analysis on your server. I fear that my inquiry may be due to my own impatience, but the job has not yet been completed. As my research timeline is rather pressing, I sought to alleviate the burden on your server by attempting a local installation on a Linux system.
However, my technical skills are limited, and I have been unsuccessful despite my best efforts. I continually encounter a "database not found" error, and I fear I have made an error in the configuration process that I cannot identify.
I was wondering if I might trouble you to ask if the main server is currently experiencing any unforeseen difficulties? If it is not too much to ask, would you be so kind as to provide any indication of a possible resolution time? I would be immensely grateful for any insight you might offer.
