Problem with TCS

Dear T-Coffee team,

I have previously used TCS on the web server to evaluate and filter
alignments. However, when I tried it yesterday, it kept telling me
that it could not complete. I tried multiple of my own alignments (see
attachment for an example) as well as a very simple alignment
(https://tcoffee.crg.eu/apps/tcoffee/result?rid=35811eef) with the
short sequences
> seq1
ATCG
> seq2
ATAG
> seq3
AT-G
> seq4
ACCG

Is there a general problem with t-coffee right now or am I doing
something wrong?

Dear Yannick

The back end cluster was recently upgraded and I am not entirely sure everything is back to normal. 

I am CCintbis email to Jose Espinosa with who I maintain the website. We will hopefully manage to troubleshoot this issue.
