Issues with TCS server

Dear Cedric,

I am trying do run some alignments on the TCS server but I get the following error for both:

do_ypcall: clnt_call: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = No route to host YPBINDPROC_DOMAIN: Domain not bound id: cannot find name for group ID 33000

Do you know what the issue is? In both MSAs there is around 900 sequences (average protein length 360 and 760). I can share them if needed. I tried it locally but the process was killed.

Can you run smaller instances? 900 is on the large side given the allocated resources 

The limit is not strictly on the number of sequences as the cpu and memory requirements also depend on the level of divergence. In practice the jobs go in a queue with some limit. 

I am CCing Jose Espinosa who runs the server and will hopefully be able to help you a bit further if needed
