Unable to access T-coffee webserver

To whom it may concern

I have been trying to access T-Coffee (https://tcoffee.crg.eu/apps/tcoffee/all.html), but the following message appears every time, regardless of the web browser I use or whether I have restarted my PC:

Proxy Error

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /apps/tcoffee/all.html.
Reason: Error during SSL Handshake with remote server

For several days, I was heavily testing various aligner combinations to determine the best fit for my data (and had not finished it, by the way).
Is there anything wrong with my PC or IP address? Has my IP been banned because of that? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
Or is it an issue on your side?
