So here's what's up. We've got three faires this month and are going to be handing out a lot of paper for The Hack Factory. This is what I'm thinking of running off at OfficeMax.

Business Cards >> 1000 total: 100 10-UP S/S BW prints on different colors of Astrobright cardstock to make an interesting and diverse look. Since OMX is kind of charging a ridiculous price for a thousand (like 65$) I'll print it off myself on their printers for .25 a page and then have them cut it for 10.90. That will be 35.90. At worst, they will have to alter the document for an extra 5.50. Unlikely.

Postcards >> 200 total: 50 4-UP D/S CLR/BW cards on 12pt gloss cardstock. 1.09 x 50 = 54.50 + 2.18 (cuts) = 56.68  Done by them, 48 hour turn-around.

Tri-folds >> 250 total: 250 D/S CLR prints on 32# paper (preferably) but 24# will suffice. At OMX that's likely to be .98 per print and .03 per tri-fold so let's just print them ourselves and cut the hassle. Paper will be 20.00, so .03 x 250 = 7.50 for 27.50. [Price for CLR prints at OMX is 245.00+27.50=272.50]

Total: 120.08 before tax.

What do people think about quantity and prices? I can up quantities easily, I just need opinions fast because I like a 48 hour cushion on all paper stuff, so decision by 5/12?

The cards an brochure are good. The postcards, not so much -- the one side says only "Hack Factory," which is not an approved branding. It's always got to say "Twin Cities Maker," in larger type than the optional "Hack Factory."

For the non-time crunch stuff, take a look into using https://www.bestvaluecopy.com/
I use them for printing stuff and for full color they are good and cheap.
